So, who is responsible for the judgement of "level's"? And what is the level of degree of the so called "food scientist" to review the "work". After seeing this, I should be at least, a level 99 Omelet Anomaly (cracking an egg in one hand without leaving egg-shells in the bowl, will add 20+ bonus points). Lesson one in cooking class ... take off your jewellery, rinse and clean your paws, and start ...

Am I the only one who would go for Lorenzo's omelette?

  • Jotalyn Kujo

Lvl one is like my first two omelettes (I learn pretty quickly) I think I'm lvl 2?
I don't understand why people stir I mean I know they said it cooks more evenly but like I don't have that problem? I let it sit there until its not like sloshing everywhere when I tip the pan. Then I flip and it like perfect on the other side.
The thing about that tho is you HAVE TO BE READY AND QUICK ABOUT THE FILLINGS.
    Fold into taco and done
Anything that needs to be cooked but you want in the egg like mushrooms or peppers or spam. Cook it all in the egg pan, spread evenly when done and pour in the egg slowly..
I just eyeball the temperature so I can't help you there

      Jotalyn Kujo 8 hours ago

and no offense but I wouldn't touch that lvl 3 omelette
I enjoy fully cooked egg and I don't trust that it looks weird

No wonder it takes 45 minutes to get an omelet at a restaurant. They're making it way too hard.

  • Rose Treiger
    Rose Treiger 11 hours ago

You can tell the professional chef's don't do their own dishes. take 6 bowls and 3 frying pans? sorry I only have one dishwasher it's me. Everybody's going into the same bowl and everybody's going into the same frying pan. You saute your veggies first scramble up your eggs, pour them on top cover it for a minute or two, a couple minutes on the other side, and it's done. I will not even touch an omelette that wasnt cooked on both sides. No snot for me thank you.
