Binging with Babish: Huevos Rancheros from Breaking Bad

  • This week, we're back with a Breaking-Badian breakfast - but shockingly, not one involving Walter Jr. Jesse cooks up some halfway-decent grub in the form of Huevos Rancheros, a dish with a few basic components that can be endlessly tweaked and customized. Just don't add chili powder.

I’ve never seen huevos rancheros with a flour tortilla, corn is the superior and classic choice.

The term masa harina doesn't make sense to me. Harina para masa makes sense--flour for making masa or flour for masa. Other people on the internet are also using those two words together, it makes no sense in spanish!

The way I've always done it is to get the egg to stick to toast while frying it and then adding everything else on top of the egg
