How can you forget Miracle On Manchester. Greatest team in hockey history (Gretzky, Messier, and 10 other Hall of Famers including goalie Grant Fuhr) blew a 5 to 0 lead in the 3rd period to the Los Angeles Kings on April 10, 1982 in a playoff game, and went on to lose that playoff series!!! No team had ever or since come back from 5 to 0 down in the final period.

For #3, I wouldn't say he "mishandled it." It wasn't his fault, as the puck took a wild jump. If you see how smooth the puck is gliding when he is stickhandling before this happen, you would know he didn't mishandle it. The puck took a hop..

What about Miracle On Manchester? That was a 1982 play off game between The Edmonton Oilers and The Los Angeles Kings. The Oilers were up 5 - 0 after two periods. The Kings pulled off the greatest comeback in NHL history. They scored five goals in the third period. They tied up the game with only four seconds on the clock. Then The Kings scored in less than three minutes of overtime to win the game. That was one of the most exciting hockey games I have ever seen.

#3 was a choke but doesn't belong on this list at all. Far more fitting would have been the collapse of the 2010 Boston Bruins, up 3-0 in the series and 3-0 in Game 7, only to lose both. And why did the Atlanta Falcons only get an honorable mention??

While I agree that this video is skewed toward "western" sports - and specifically North American sports - it's a massive stretch to call that racism. You can't seriously believe that this video is motivated by fear or hatred toward Chinese, Indians, etc, can you? It is probably better described as "provincialism," which is to say narrow-mindedness or insularity. They included the sports they know best in "sports history" rather than all sports.
I mean, you included Australia in your list, and its majority population is (likely) the same race as those who made this video.
With that said, please don't take this as a full-throated defense of this video. It has major problems, as detailed throughout this comment section. I, for one, would have been interested to see how the Yankees 2004 collapse compared to various other sports worst collapses, whether it be cricket, Aussie football, table tennis, or what have you. But it does pass the very low bar of "not racist."

#9 John McEnroe - That earned its rightful place in the list.
#8 Toronto Maple Leafs - This one was really deserved as well.
#5 Roberto Baggio - What?! A great player missing a penalty is a meltdown? Even if he scored, the next penalty could win it for Brazil... This one doesn't belong anywhere in the list!
#3 Patrik Štefan - Once again, a single mistake is not a complete meltdown. #8 was a meltdown lasting around 15 minutes of the game, this was a single mistake by a freshly drafted player. Why is this one so high?
Also, I've seen too many memes with 2017 Atlanta Falcons for it to be just an honorable mention...
