    Thanks for this!! I'm going to start doing this everyday. I took a stress management class which had us start practicing mediation and what the benefits were as well as those for exercise. I think I'll do about 15 minutes or so once or twice a day.

    My father does it, I thought it was funny.
    But when I tried it, I got lost in time and I meditated for over 30 mins, it felt like forever, after that I was fully energized and I now like to meditate :)

    This worked for me but it did not slow down time it went much fast I put my timer on for 2 hours to see how long I could do it it felt like 5 min later my timer went off

    People who are doing these things described in the video ,please practise these things for one week and when you get along with this for now week ,then get heigh on pot and try in a clam place with no disturbance or favourite music the crazy power you get after like 30 mins or 20 mins that’s only to be experienced, the feel and peace are amazing.give it a try

    I like to do two 10 minute sessions, one mindfulness one in the morning, and one where I let all thoughts/feelings/sensations have their say at night- sometimes loving kindness meditation while lying in bed when it is tough to sleep. Watching this inspires me to get back into it as I let it lapse.

    Woah, 1 month? Idk if its weird but started noticing the benefits in a week or less so I always look forward to meditating each day
    (I noticed positive mood, improved concentration and Im able to control my temper a bit more, which is a huge thing for me I have terrible temper)
    I guess it does differ depending on the person

    what is the best time to meditate? Also, what to eat before meditation for better meditation. because often when I meditate, I start feeling hungry, or if I have food I get burpy , or sleepy.
