    me and my friends had a little drinking party. i have drunk 18 beers so far and i kept trying to keep drinking but my friend beth told me to sober up a little before i drink more. so i told everyone im going meditate the drunk away and actually try too.

    I literally just did it for the first time. I tried to do it for 5 minutes but somehow I missed my alarm and ended up doing it for almost 12 minutes. As well as this I felt like I had only been going for 3/4 minutes. Is that normal? Did I do it wrong??

    in the bath or something like that best for me becuase im complete relaxed in there and i need this 100 percent my mind never stops and sleep is a problem and it becomes a problem that i cant make clearn and accurate decisions based on a specific situation

    there are some apps that help you to keep your routine meditating. i just started it some months ago and man im feeling so much better and happier than before. you can handle your thoughts not judging them but accepting it also helps me to control the anxiety i highly recommend!

    Meditation starts with your breath. Breathe in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and then blow out through your mouth like a straw. The point is to focus on your breath, lungs, and heart, and to slow down your rate.

But is that bad for us humans? whats your take on this. caus if i will meditate and gain the benefits of what meditation does to us humans, will it be taken away or something caus of smoking soft drugs (weed, hasj). let me know.
