I shall remind you that hainanese chicken rice is from singapore. Contrary to the name, it is actually created by the hainanese immigrants that immigrated to singapore and used the local ingredients they found and made hainanese chicken rice.
So, when you go to hainan, you wont find any chicken rice.
But if you go to singapore, chicken rice stalls are all around the hawker centres.

Hainan Island Chicken Rice feels like this is real chicken rice. Most Japanese and I and I will immediately associate chicken noodles. Because that is a retort food, soup is also seasoning, the taste of the material is small. In comparison, this chicken rice has real chicken and it is very tasty.
    Thank you very much.

Hainan (AKA Hawaii in China) is the island 1 hour south east from Hong kong. That is where the Le people make the Hainanese chicken. Can you do a video there in Hainan island? 1 major city I went there is called Sanya City. south in the hainan island. Haikou is the city up north. Go during the ms. universe contest. You 'll see all the beautiful ladies there plus hunt for your hainan chicken restuant. Over there you will discover giant red coconut trees and coconut trees in the jungles. And all the glorious tropical fruits. And yes, local seafood night market eating place. The prices is dirt cheap. The landmark of that seafood place is one block on the main street by Le parker hotel. I do not have a recommended place for the hainan chicken resturant. Ask around or go to the local district. I do see the pull fresh noodle local shops there. You can check Sanya city videos on youtube, see what people say or recommend. You have to check the weather before you go. They have unexpected tropical storm there.

Most Singapore dishes originate from Malaysia including Hainanese Chicken Rice. And Malaysian versions are more authentic and their preparations start from scratch not from pre packed spices. You must visit Malaysian world renown street food meccas Penang, Ipoh, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca etc.

Cucumber is a fruit, of the vine but is classified as a vegetable. like tomatoes are fruits and have been classified as vegetables is because of taxes. The import duty and taxes on vegetables is higher than the taxes on fruit. Botanically and scientifically cucumbers are fruits.
