Insert liberal logic here: I can't believe they did that to little lambs! But some how abortions in the 2nd trimester are ok?

mwalshermwalsher (4 дня назад)
2:05 - So the lambs were healthy and ready to be born, but instead of delivering them, the scientists murdered them? I don’t know which is worse, scientists or cooks…

LemmingsGoPOP!LemmingsGoPOP! (10 дней назад)
Abortion opponents will now claim even the mother's womb isn't necessary to the fetus. All wanted/unwanted pregnancies will be carried to 28 weeks and stuffed in bags in a Handmaiden Tale future.

SylSyl (10 дней назад)
I don't see why they have to use animals. It wouldn't hurt to start using it to save human fetuses who would have died anyway without it that need help now.

Am I the only one who feels this was almost a crazy scientific episode? Dont take me wrong its awesome all this science advances. But. It felt almost straight out of a mad scientist or crazy supervillian scientific... Also, it felt almost like some of the ideas I had in the past. Only thing could make it more crazy. Its if someone developes the suit I have in mind. Wich will make the need of food, sleep or even water obsolete. And with almost no cons

Am I the only person that thought of the thylacine genome experiment and how the scientists in charge of the experiment were last reported to be looking for a surrogate mother for the potential clone? Think of the endangered and extincted species we could be saving or bringing back with this technology. If bringing back extinct animals isn't your thing, we could focus on saving the extremely critically endangered Javan and Sumatran rhinos.

to all who hear this we are all apart of an experience of thoughts and feels we simply are lucky to walk down the middle road because a perfect world will always be hard to reach but sadly we can easily fall in to chaos and disarray perhaps we too see that conflict breeds conflict and the easy way isn't all ways the best but everything has potential for great things fear is a great enemy we simply need to overcome to see the creation of a brighter future

BleedRainbowsBleedRainbows (14 дней назад)
Wait wouldn't it be more ideal to not kill the lamb when it's ready to come out of the bag? Why do you need to dissect it to see if the stuff working? Keeping it alive seems like it'd be more valuable because then you could prove it actually can save lives of underdeveloped humans. Weird. Also, that kinda seems morally questionable if they don't have a good reason to do so...

I believe the only issue with the premature lambs testing is the issue of lung damage and that if we were to need a baby human for testing, a mother would have to be present.
