    I use the same cheese but I roll it in flour then egg then breadcrumbs and repeat 2nd and 3rd steps then I use an air fryer

    come on, you gotta start giving credit to the person/people who actually came up with the recipe in the first place. it isn't fair to them, you saying that you got the recipe online is nowhere near good enough, even if you can't find the original person/people who came up with it, at least say in the video or in your description where you got it from

    I'm ashamed I just discovered your channel. As many fitness channels I subscribe to, yours is easily the most used information in my day to day life. I've been training my whole life, so the workout videos are interesting to watch and get some cool ideas for new exercises to try, but I have to eat every day. Already got my food scale last week and 15x3 section food containers and have been meal prepping successfully for only 2 weeks and already feel and see a difference. I never realized I just don't know how to eat. I can't ear Taco Bell and stay ripped like when I was younger. Thanks for the ideas, brother. You're my new favorite RUclip notification!

    Hi RJ, I put wonton wrappers in a muffin tray and fill them with omelette mix and cook in oven for about 20 mins Yuuuuuum! Give them a try!

    A good way to up the flavor is to spray the outside with a water bottle then toss the sticks in an italian spice blend or some parmesan cheese. Parm is not too bad for you if you're cutting calories and the little salty tang goes a long way.

    Preserved packaged food. Check. Monsanto cow milk cheese. Check. Enriched flour dough. Check.
    Rem, I have been watching your videos for a long time and I think it would be great if you tried eating more organic food. You eat a lot of processed, packaged, preserved and artificial foods and flavors and sauces and that's the worst stuff for you. So is Monsanto fed corn animal and enriched flour.
    Organic mozzarella would be so much better for you. I think you would benefit greatly from learning more about organic meats and avoiding food that comes in packages.
    I don't eat that crazy healthy, but I don't eat conventional cow meat OR milk of any kind. That stuff is poison! Just looking out!
    Still a loyal watcher and fan, just thing you need a little more education about Monsanto corn feed and the meat and milk and cheese those sick animals provide.
    Organic animals eat real food. Think about it. Cows eat grass. Chickens eat bugs and shouldn't eat animals or dairy that eats fake corn all day.
