    1. Open borders to flood the U.S. with liberal voting blocks to overturn the will of the people. Not to mention flooding red states with refugees to tip voting numbers in conservative states.
    2. The move to do releases of "non violent" offenders to up the numbers in that same voting blocks and when they ran out of nonviolent offenders; here comes the redemption project.
    3. And now that everyday Americans have caught on to both of those here comes a push for state hood for Puerto Rico which would come along with, you guessed it voting rights just in time for elections. Wonder which way they'll vote? This isn't about a voice being heard; it's a push back on people walking out of the fog of this propaganda to see moves are being made and rights are being taken away from decent, responsible people.
    4. I remember seeing the movie Gladiator where the emporer wounded the soldier in advance so he could win in front of everyone. That's all any of this is right along with the $15 an hour raise for menial jobs. This liberal coven always wants to appear as if they are showing up with the life raft, but they already filled it with holes so given time you sink.

I just sold my house in P.R lived their part time for decades doing construction work. Whats nuts here is P.R. for the past decades only had ONE Republican governor. Democrats killed P.R. love the island and some in it but WAY too many are liars and thieves and that's before you even get to the mayors and then the Gov. As a whole Ricans from the bottom up STEAL constantly, even electric off the poles, water from the townships pipes, land off their neighbors and if isn't nailed down it stolen!!! The whole culture is embedded in thievery and murders
P.R. police were so corrupt the states years ago sent down over 500 FBI agents to PR to arrest corrupt cops and doctors falsifying medical records that get kick backs from their Medicaid and their patients to get fake disability. In 2014 P.R population was 3.47 million. That same year over 845,8560 was getting OASI (disability) 179,266 was getting “workers with disabilities payments. Now we had Medicaid. For years over 60% of Island Ricans are on some type of gov assistance like its a right of passage down there!! Over 40% quit school..

FAKE NEWS!!! Democrats killed P.R.!!! Not only am I’m an expert in P.R. history. I lived down there for decades!!! Notice how she forgot to mention P.R. practiced slavery for 100s of years before the U.S. was started. The purest descendant of a slaves predominately lives in Loiza. The first Democrat welfare was practiced in P.R. decade before dem Pres Johnson. As a result P.R only had two Republicans Gov since 1948 and the one “Luis Fortuño Burset won by default because the Dem gov he ran against Aníbal Acevedo Vilá almost went to jail for money laundering with a dentist in Philly Pa. Puerto Rico has been corrupt all the way down to the locals

Reposting in English the expressions of a fellow PR-residing American citizen @Fe Smith
Sad to see people as low as Calle 13 as PR heroes. People from the underworld, talking and making such dirty expressions do not represent PR. In my ignorance of being of PR I always thought that 'Pato' = Homosexual and the word P__a is very low however in PR the vast majority of people speak more dirty than the little that the governor has just said. Although I do not defend what the governor has done, I do not see well the destruction and bad leadership of political parties like the Independents and the popular party which, in search of their own agenda, are willing to destroy and destabilize the country. No wonder Trump treats us the way he treats us and with good reason!
    1. In response to the call of our corrupt political leaders, we destroy our country. Our history.
    2. We destroy the economy in search of our own interests and make us seem like the strongest under the "we are a lot and we are not afraid" mantra
    3. We destroy our history in San Juan so that investors and tourists leave the country.
    4. We shout to FEMA for help while we also shout that do not want the United States.
    5. We study with your federal scholarships while we shout that we do not want to be Americans.
    6. We have investments in the United States while saying we do not want anything with the Americans.
    7. We say we love PR while we are Spain citizens.
    8. We look for any excuse to miss work and then accuse the government of what we do not do;
    a. Irresponsible teachers who do not educate our children
    b. Leaders in the government doing what they want and how they want
    c. Corrupt lawyers, police and impotent judges
    d. Parasitic citizens whose heroes are Calle 13 and Ricky Martin (not the best examples, of course).
    9. Corrupt and liar people that take the medical plan, government grants and FEMA money without deserving/qualifying
PR needs many changes and starts with Rosello and ends with each one of us. Look at your own life and then reflect if you have the authority to go out on the street against Rosello!

If it aint nailed down a local will steal real QUICK!!! P.R has close to 800 murders a year. Over 40% of PR kids quit school. Over 60% are on some type of U.S. gov assistance. The police are so corrupt a few years ago the states sent down over 500 FBI agents to stop P.R. Police corruption. My facts comes from P.R. local island papers!!.

Agree. All they show are 1-2K unruly people protesting. Anyways, the contents of an internal government chat room got leaked. The Governor and other members of his cabinet made some pretty awful remarks. Kind of like the case when Pres. Trump got caught talking in private to that reporter in the bus but worse. Also, some corruption cases have emerged involving some people on his cabinet in the Education Dept.

@PRican Deplorable That's not true. There is a lot of people from their own party in the protest, even people with no political affiliation.
There was more people there than all three parties combine can bring to a campaign closing event, so how it would be possible for the vast majority to only be of the other two?

    • PRican Deplorable
PRican Deplorable 2 months ago +1

I don't think so but who knows. His tentacles are far reaching. Anyways, the protesters are mostly members of the local opposition parties, most of them far-left leaning and pro-independence, headed by San Juan Major the infamous Carmen Yulin and the PPD (also Democrats) party that wants to continue the political status-quo of the island. The governor (although a Democrat) is pro-statehood.
