    In Japan they do offer seared sushi at some sushi restaurants, they sear the nigiri sushi, which is the single bite of rice with fish on top. 🍣 They just don’t make the monster sized rolls with tons of fillings and toppings.

      First of all, I like traditional sushi for the emphasis on quality fish, and American sushi for the interesting ingredients/combinations. It probably is fantastic I’m just saying; it looks pretty gross.
