Why did HULK look worse then he did in INFINITY WAR? Did you guys work on the final THANOS fight sequence? Do you do a lot of work for NASA?

The suits are the most impressive. They're as photo realistic as it gets.

I've been saying for a long time that the problem with CGI VFX is rarely photorealism anymore, that's achievable, instead the real problem that so often that exposes it as fake is actually the animation, and that we can only go so far before we'd have to bring in some manner of machine learning to provide that extra finesse to reach believabilty. I'm glad to see I'm no longer alone in thinking this.

    • Master Khan
      Master Khan 2 months ago

Time constraints. The tailors didn't have the suits made in time for the shoot, so they had to go CG. Either way, it worked. The guys at framestore pulled it off.

    • Cuse
      Cuse 2 months ago

It was probably cheaper. They had to make the suits in cg for all of the cg characters anyway... probably was easier to just throw some tracking dots on and resize some suit models to fit the actors. Compared to making 10 or so real suits that might not look as great it was probably a no brainer.

Next Avengers movies the actors won't even come to the studios, their faces will be CGI . I mean it seems you can do everything now. I gotta say it kills a bit the movie to show that, my opinion.

It's just not a 3D model like Moana, frozen, etc they are making it look realistic and act with real people so they added muscles and skeleton for physics otherwise it won't look real when it is animated

So basically they dont need humans to act in a film. All the work is done by the best CGI Masters! Respect to these guys. They are underrated. The face are the actors but actually the real heroes are behind the monitors.

Amazing work, especially those suits. Damn, they look good. A LONG ways from that fully CGI Green Lantern suit. That said, those helmet suit-ups don't look right. They don't interact with the hair, ears, or lighting on the face properly.

Just an opinion, but they could had at least made Bruce's voice a little deeper since he is in the form of the Hulk. It would made more sense to have the vocal of Bruce but slightly hulk. But aye whatever.

It blows my mind whenever I see someone say that MCU's CGI is garbage. Like you have to be smoking something that clouds your vision because this is anything but garbage. Thanos, Hulk, the backgrounds, fucking everything is done so goddamn well.

I loved the movie and the entire franchise for that matter, but can anybody explain why the Hulk is getting progressively smaller with each movie iteration? In the final battle he's only half a foot taller than Thor. Not that Thor is small by any means, but I just thought that the Hulk was a bit on the diminutive side.
