  • Dr. Steven Walker, DARPA Director, heralds the agency’s past as he looks toward its future in his opening message to attendees at D60, a symposium marking DARPA’s 60th anniversary. He begins with the charter that created the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) - now, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) - in response to the Sputnik launch. The charter directed the agency to perform advanced research and development with the primary mission to ensure the United States would never again be surprised by another nation’s technological achievements. Dr. Walker describes the profound impact DARPA’s technologies have had on national security, including portable GPS receivers, unmanned aerial vehicles, and the ARPANET, which became the internet and forever changed the way the world communicates.
D60 took place Sept. 5-7, 2018, at Gaylord National Harbor, Oxon Hill, Maryland.

Yet another clown put into a position of power who claims that "freedom is threatened" yet fails to appreciate that one of the biggest threats to freedoms is militarism.

Dr Walker have you f one of your targets that DARPA uses for there programs under forced control which is just another day in your care of management. Peoples you do not who what these cunts do under these technologies. It is part of an underground multi billion dollar enslavement programme. And they can do what ever they want. when and how. These people get paid millions to f with people for free at your expense. That budget is a drop in the bucket to kick your ass.

Dr. Walker, can you talk about psychotronic weapons, remote neural monitoring and synthetic telepathy. Why there is experimentation on innocent people and who is doing it?

I like this part where you said that you want to gather most intelligent people for defensive or offensive porpoise. But you must look worldwide. Look at this idea for instance.. Mainly everyone is thinking about managing threats through advanced hardware and software warfare. But that is three dimensional thinking. We must understand old technologies first. One of them is so advanced that it's hard to comprehend. It will look silly at first look but it's far away from that. Let's think about this world like this.. Just highly advanced software with no hardware. Think of it like of advanced virtual reality where literally everything is possible when you know how to programme it. That would be fourth dimensional thinking. Is it possible to do impossible things.. I'm from Serbia. First hand witness that on this earth there are people capable of changing future through something we call magic or sorcery. But I prefer calling that advanced programming of the future events. I tried that and it's so dangerous that it's hard to believe. But main example of this is programming is Jesus Chist, Lenin, Hitler, Gandhi.. They all created certain ideology that shaped and programmed future events. ISIS figured that out so they created aggressive ideology that programmed all this wars.. If you are interested my email is dragoslavvv@gmail.com. Let's exchange ideas 👍😊

I notify that I have published my Know-how on my site thermonuclear.ru A new global energy industry is opening up in them - controlled thermonuclear fusion. The world will change - in which direction? - it depends on you!!! If the world's right to reason for existence and development is not proclaimed, then the consequences of Know-How disclosure will be VERY HARDY - the discovery will be used for war (creating super-power-armed [more than 10e+16 J/m3 - or more than 278 billion kW • h / m^3 - so much developed the Leningrad NPP for 12.5 years of operation], super-lifting [more than 3,500 tons] and ultra-high-speed [more than 10,000 km/s] vehicles with vertical take-off and landing to deliver weapons of mass destruction and soldiers - aerospace aircraft for Earth and Space - Planet Earth will be very small).

Dr. Walker makes a great point at the 5 minute mark. Without implementation of the research advances every advancement is a waste of money and time.

I love what Darpa has achieved and is currently trying to achieve! I read over the unclassified budget on the main website sometimes and marvel at the programs!
Its like reading science fiction, only its real!
