Ok folks......in the early to mid 1940s, our Congress (the 1940-50 committee members) passed a bill that actually allows our gvrmnt to do just that. Spy on us. Now, it was passed based on the fact that the intent of use by the D.O.D, NSA, CIA and more I believe, was to only be used as a "National Security" or an "Anti-terrorist" use or what ever. Point is, once they started using it against law abiding citizens, they over used their given authority and THEY themselves began BREAKING THE LAW the very second the "spying", and the "harrasment", and any other misuse of that bill began. Which I mean......ppppppppsssshshhhhhh....... With the depth of corruption in our gvrmnt and politics and even military, I am fairly certain it started happen within the first 24hrs of its being passed. Wake up people!!!! Your gvrmnt is literally against you because they're not really your gvrmnt folks...!!..!! They're all pawns in a chess board. That makes retarted laws daily because WE ARE TO GOOD OF LAW ABITING CITIZENS and so they continuously create new and very petty laws that you probably don't even know exists that will probably also land you a ticket or in jail. Please AMERICA.... Come together, as one people for one cause, FOR HUMANITY. For the sake of our children's grandchildren. 😖😖😖😖😖😩😩😩😫😫😫😫

" I didn't say we don't have all the pictures, I said that we don't keep them in the FBI repository." THAT would be the answer to his question.
"There's a nice sized repository out in Utah, I'm not saying we don't keep them THERE, I'm saying that we don't keep them in the FBI repository."
They probably "store" them there, they just don't like the word "keep" because it shows them as liars. And then they would say: "We don't store them there, we maintain them there."

English tort law is the law governing implicit civil responsibilities that people have to one another, as opposed to those responsibilities laid out in contracts. It provides legal remedies, often the payment of money, to those who have been damaged by someone else's failure to meet these implicit responsibilities. Other countries' tort laws can work quite differently.
It is to be distinguished from criminal law, which is often thought of as dealing with an individual's responsibility to the state, where a court has the power to restrict people's freedoms. Often an act can result in both a criminal and a civil case; for example, if someone injures a pedestrian while driving dangerously, the state may prosecute them for dangerous driving, whilst the pedestrian might bring a tort case against them failing in their responsibility to not knowingly put other people at risk. The law of tort covers several areas such as negligence; each individual tort has requirements that need to be met.
In English law, torts like other civil cases are generally tried in front a judge without a jury.
    Derivation of tortEdit
The word tort is derived from middle Englishfor "injury", from Anglo-French, from Medieval Latin tortum, from Latin, neuter of tortus"twisted", from past participle of torquēre.

A legal remedy, also judicial relief or a judicial remedy, is the means with which a court of law, usually in the exercise of civil lawjurisdiction, enforces a right, imposes a penalty, or makes another court order to impose its will.
In common law jurisdictions and mixed civil-common law jurisdictions, the law of remedies distinguishes between a legal remedy (e.g. a specific amount of monetary damages) and an equitable remedy (e.g. injunctive relief or specific performance). Another type of remedy available in these systems is declaratory relief, where a court determines the rights of the parties to an action without awarding damages or ordering equitable relief.
In English and American jurisprudence, there is a legal maxim (albeit one sometimes honored in the breach) that for every right, there is a remedy; where there is no remedy, there is no right. That is, lawmakers claim to provide appropriate remedies to protect rights. This legal maxim was first enunciated by William Blackstone: "It is a settled and invariable principle in the laws of England, that every right when with-held must have a remedy, and every injury its proper redress."[1][2]

Equity will not allow a statute to be used as a cloak for fraud
Equity prevents a party from relying upon an absence of a statutory formality if to do so would be unconscionable and unfair. This can occur in secret trusts, constructive trusts etc.

Ubi jus ibi remedium’ is a latin maxim which means where there is a right there is a remedy. The word ‘Jus’ means the legal authority to do or demand something, and the word ‘remedium’ means the right of action in a Court of law. Literal meaning of this maxim is that whenever there is a legal right, there is a legal remedy. It also expresses that there is no wrong without a remedy.
The Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States of America in the case of Leo Feist v. Young (1943)observed that “It is an elementary maxim of equity jurisprudence that there is no wrong without a remedy.”
The maxim also states that the person whose right is being infringed has a right to enforce the infringed right through any action before a court. All law courts are also guided with the same principle of ‘ubi jus ibi remedium’
In the leading case of Ashby v. White, the Court observed, “When the law clothes a man with a right he must have means to vindicate and maintain it and remedy if he is injured in the exercise and enjoyment of it, and it is a vain thing to imagine a right without a remedy for want of right and want of remedy are reciprocal”
The law of torts is said to be a development of the maxim ‘ubi jus ibi remedium’. If a man has a right, “he must of necessity have a means to vindicate and maintain it and a remedy if injured in the exercise or enjoyment of it; and indeed it is a vain thing to imagine a right without a remedy; want of right and want of remedy are reciprocal. The maxim does not mean, as it is sometimes supposed, that there is a legal remedy for every moral or political wrong. There are many moral and political wrongs which are not recognized by law and are therefore not actionable.
So, the maxim does not say that there is legal remedy for every wrong. Justice Stephen of England has rightly remarked that the maxim would be more intelligibly and correctly stated if it were to be reversed to say that where there is no legal remedy, there is no legal wrong

    FBI is stupid. xD
FBI should make it so schools have mandatory school pictures or "Mugshots" sent to them every year of staff and students.
Also it would be a good idea to have people's babies fingerprinted at birth so they can get the DNA and not have to worry about hunting for the potential felon later on.
In a futuristic setting, like in 2518 for example, I would hope the U.S. does have a nationwide ID system where newborn babies are ID'd with fingerprints and DNA.
It would make it so much more simple to solve cases and such.

This just goes to illustrate that ALL governments are at some level or other corrupt. The man or woman at the top does not necessarily know about, or want to know for reasons of plausible deniability, what is going on below them - and this will continue ad-infinitum until the people (whom the government purport to represent) removes ALL government, and replaces them with a government chosen by the people, a government which is beyond reproach, and contains people like Jason Chaffetz, whose sole aim is to serve the people, and not remain in power purely for their own financial or selfish gain.

DNA can be planted, fingerprints can be planted, dogs can alert to a German word to get a treat. That’s the problem. We have a large group of lawyers running our country with unlimited funds that can pay groups to dig through every loophole in our laws.
We also have too many sets of laws. One for the district, one for the rich and the other one for everyone else to pay into.
I get a dui but a famous rich person bought 3 new police cars for the same crime. It’s everywhere. How do normal people stand a chance. We just put our heads down, keep working, paying in so some can eat $44 breakfast.

The FBI are a bunch of corner-cutting criminals. Worse, at least people who live outside the law are capable of living my SOME KIND of rule or code. These people use the “law” to flush freedoms down the toilet but refuse to follow the same laws.
