Can we please dispense with the notion that Colin Kaepernick's lack of employment as a QB in the NFL has anything at all to do with the color of his skin? If people anywhere seriously think that's the reason why Kaepernick isn't a QB somewhere, I'd like to see them make the case. Go team by team and explain why a particular team is racist.
